Our Services
We provide comprehensive traffic engineering services for small to large developments across NSW. All reports comply with council, RMS and TfNSW standards.
Traffic Impact Assessments
Our Traffic Impact Assessments (TIAs) provide a comprehensive evaluation of how a proposed development will interact with the surrounding road network. We analyse existing traffic conditions, forecast future traffic demands, and determine the likely impacts your project may have on road safety, capacity, and overall network performance.
Using industry-standard modelling tools and methodologies, we assess intersection performance, vehicle movements, access and parking arrangements, pedestrian and cyclist activity, and surrounding road capacity. This helps identify any potential constraints or safety concerns early in the design process.
Our reports include clear, data-driven recommendations and practical mitigation strategies – such as intersection upgrades, improved access design, revised parking layouts, or traffic management measures – to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant site operation. We work closely with relevant Council, state authorities, and planning requirements to ensure your project meets all regulatory expectations.
Each assessment is fully tailored to the development type, scale, location, and surrounding environment, supporting smoother approval processes and ensuring your project integrates effectively with the surrounding community and transport network.
Swept Path Analysis
Our swept path analysis ensures vehicles can move safely and efficiently within your site layout. Using industry-standard software, we model and simulate vehicle movements to confirm compliance with Australian Standards, local council requirements, and relevant design guidelines.
This assessment identifies whether driveways, car parks, loading bays, internal roads, and access points can comfortably accommodate the turning paths of various vehicle types – such as passenger cars, delivery trucks, waste collection vehicles, emergency services, or heavy vehicles.
We provide clear, easy-to-understand diagrams showing vehicle manoeuvres, along with practical design recommendations to improve safety, accessibility, and overall site functionality. This helps reduce design risks, avoid costly changes later, and support smoother development approvals.
Traffic Management Plan
Our (TMPs) provide a structured and detailed approach to managing vehicle, pedestrian, and cyclist movements in and around your site during construction or operational activities. These plans are essential for maintaining safety, minimising disruption, and ensuring that all temporary traffic arrangements are compliant with relevant state and local road authority requirements.
We assess existing road conditions, surrounding land uses, traffic volumes, and access points to design a safe and practical traffic management strategy. Each TMP includes detailed signage and line-marking layouts, temporary traffic control setups, detour routes, lane closures, pedestrian pathways, and construction staging requirements. Where necessary, we also incorporate traffic controller placements, construction vehicle movement plans, and emergency access provisions.
Our plans are developed using industry-standard guidelines and best-practice principles to ensure the safety of workers, contractors, road users, and the general public. We work closely with councils, state authorities, and project teams to ensure the plan meets approval requirements and supports smooth, uninterrupted project delivery.
With a focus on clarity and practicality, each TMP is tailored to the scale, complexity, and environment of your project—helping you maintain compliance, reduce risk, and keep your site operating safely and efficiently.
